Lindsay Lohan gave girlfriend Samantha Ronson a surprise on her 31’st birthday.

Samantha had her DJ appointments even on her birthday but LILO made sure that they some romantic time together on Ronson’s special day and cosied up in LA’s Crown bar.

Apparently at exact five past twelve, the music was slowed and Lohan sang the ‘Happy Birthday’ song and presented a cake and a kiss to Ronson.

The girls then danced till they dropped and clicked themselves with the lens. They finally ended their show at 1:30 am.
