Lindsay lohan is creating big time trouble for herself and her attorney. She is supposed to be recovering from drug and alcohol addiction and was found drinking on New Year’s Eve to make matters worse. Her attorney Blair Berk tried to clear the issue stating “After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year’s Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay immediately stopped, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track.” To make matters worse she was found gallivanting with three men. Her attorney is really having a time answering for he young rebellious lady.
