Lohan Caught In Drunken Driving Case Again
Lindsay Lohan has been caught in yet another drunken driving case.
Raymundo Ortega claims that the 21-year-old actress was drunk when she hit her Mercedes in his van two years ago. And this time the actress has been sued for $200,000 over a 2005 road crash.
The California Highway Patrol concluded that the crash was caused after Ortega made an illegal U-turn, Ortega's attorneys claim that Lohan was drunk and should take the responsibility of the crash.
Lohan's attorney, David J. Ozeran, said there was no evidence that his client was driving under influence of alcohol.
The judge has set the trail date on April 7.
