Lohan was arrested for drunken driving and cocaine possession by the Santa Monica police. She was arrested after chasing the mother of her personal assistant in her car on Tuesday morning.
Lohan’s attorney said that Lindsay has been monitored on a scram bracelet and treated daily in order to support her sobriety. He received timely and accurate reports from the testing company but on 24th night he was informed that Lohan had relapsed.
She is now out of the custody and receiving medical care.
