Lindsay has knocked down a photographer now, with her car, but she says he aggressively cornered her, jumping on the hood of her vehicle.

According to the New York Post, Lohan told cops she was driving friends in her mom’s 2004 BMW when they pulled up to Manhattan’s trendy Hotel Gansevoort at about 3 a.m. to dodge paparazzi, who swarmed her in the valet lane.

One photographer, identified as Giovanni Arnold, even jumped on the hood of Lohan’s car, the actress told police.

Arnold’s employer, INF Photo, claim that Arnold was standing in front of Lohan’s BMW when she flipped it into reverse and then drive, knocking him down.The photographer ended up at St. Vincent’s Hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.”She got out of the car to look at Giovanni on the ground as she’s talking to a cop, and then she’s allowed to leave,” said Dawn Leikness, INF sales director.

Well something tells me that LiLo is lying (as usual) and INF is proclaiming the truth.
