Lindsay Lohan in a new interview insists that she never  really wanted to become a celebrity and only choose the path of being an actress as she loved to act.

She says,  “I just feel as though it’s become a situation where people have manifested this caricature of who I am, and they act as if there’s no real person inside of it.

“I mean, people really have come to believe-directors, producers, agents, whoever it may be-that I started in this because I wanted to be a celebrity. But that was never my intention.

“I wanted to be a movie star. But movie stars are not what they used to be. When I was a kid, I thought movie stars were women and men who were in these great films that we still look at now. But I don’t think there are too many films coming out these days that we’re going to look at in the future and say, ‘This is one of the great ones.’

“Like, what is the great film that I will tell my children about? I’m still going to tell them about the old films, the Hitchcock films. And people my age don’t even know who those people are. I can’t even have a conversation with most people of my generation about that, because they’d be like, ‘Okay, she’s a freak. Something’s wrong with her.’

“And the worst part is, in terms of what people see of me, I have become this girl who just loves to be photographed, doesn’t know how to focus, doesn’t know how to work on set, just loves the attention, knows how to go out at night, knows how to party. And you know what? I was 20 years old. I never went to college. And I  lived maybe six months out of my life like that, doing something wrong, and then I stopped.

“God forbid I should have ever learned my lesson. But at this point it’s so hard for people to even believe that there was a lesson to be learned at all, because they just think I’m wrong. All these people think I’m never going to be right, because it’s more interesting to fabricate this other girl. Who wants to read a tabloid story about a girl  who is doing well?

“I mean, it’s this business. Heath Ledger once said something about this to me. He said: ‘It’s build you up to knock  you down, and that’s all it is. And you just have to see if you can stand through it. And it is like that, if you put  yourself in this situation. I was young, so maybe I did . . . I always wanted to take the blame. I’ve always been  apologetic for other people’s faults.”

Lindsay Lohan’s girly relationship was recently hit by rumors that she and her openly gal-pal DJ Samantha Ronson have parted their ways.

However Lohan denied the rumors in her recent post of My Space.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson I guess didn’t plan to welcome the new year in this way, but alas! things happen and the couple fought themselves through the new year.

A source reveals, “There was lots of crying, tears, etc,”

After the pair boarded the plane, Lindsay couldn’t stop her tears from flowing.

The source adds,  “Lindsay was so inconsolable the flight attendants asked if she’d like to disembark.”

It’s not only America suffering from great depression, Lindsay Lohan’s gay pal Samantha Ronson is also suffering from depression.

The 31-year-old and girlfriend Lindsay Lohan gave a visit to Cedars-Sinai Medical centre a day after she made phone calls to her friends complaining of stress.

A source says, “Samantha was calling around. She has been suffering from depression and from lack of food and sleep. Lindsay has been helping her through this as she has been through it herself two years ago.”

A girlfriend in need is a girlfriend indeed.

Lindsay Lohan is lying low these days, but Britney’s remarkable comeback has inspired Lohan to sum up her life too.

The Mean Girls Star, in her latest blog post compares herself with the Toxic Singer.

She writes, “Britney Spears is amazing and she has gone through a lot (just as I have), in the public eye.

“It teaches young girls and boys that there are certain things you should not let get in the way of your dreams.”

However Lohan’s reputation is going down the drain day by day with movie bosses dumping her for other actresses.

An boss on the condition of anonymity says, “There are too many talented, pretty girls out here without any baggage. She doesn’t offer anything hundreds of others can’t offer – without any of the bulls**t.

That really spells bad news for our little Miss Lohan.

While everyone is grooving in the festive spirit, Lindsay Lohan has poured her heart out on her My Space page, talking about her cheating dad, girlfriend Samantha Ronson and Britney Spears.

She writes, “i think that people go through a lot in life. and the things that we go through, whatever they may be, simply just make us stronger in the long run… that is, if we actually take what it is we have learned from our mistakes and teach ourselves what NOT to do in the future. i have gone through a lot in my past, and to be completely honest, i am still going through a lot right now.. my father just let my family and i know, amongst others that he had another child after my little sister Aliana, or maybe he had it before Aliana?? either way, he cheated on my mother and that really sucks… MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! wow- do i sound like “debbie downer” or what? not trying to be… but back to the real reason for this blog-i feel like Britney Spears is an amazing talent, and she has gone through a lot, (just as i have) in the public eye.. which is not necessarily a bad thing.. It teaches young girls and boys that there are certain things in life that you should not let get in the way of your dreams and accomplishments. also that you need to take care of yourself before anyone else, and i mean anyone and everyone else. because at the end of the day, you have to look at yourself in the mirror and see who you really are. stripped of all the distractions in life. so YAY Britney for just being you and still following through with your dreams. i know i am a bit late in writing about this record since it came out already, but better late than never!!!!

Lindsay Lohan is back to blogging about her love - Samantha Ronson, and the Mean Girls actress has dedicated TV series Without a Trace to her DJ girlfriend.

In her MySpace page, Lindsay wrote,

Without a Trace is a NY based cop show.

Lindsay and Samantha’s relationship has hit a rocky patch, after the DJ got furios and got into a rage when she saw Lindsay flirting with ex-boyfriend Calum Best at a recent night out.

A source reveals, “Sam had had a few cocktails earlier in the evening and was perhaps a little more emotional than usual.

“While she was in the VIP section, Calum went up to Lindsay on the dance floor. Lindsay was lapping up the attention, having a laugh - and a flirt. But Sam saw them and went ballistic.

“She marched over and started pushing the pair, demanding to know what they were doing.”

The fight got so intense with both the girls calling each other names, that finally Calum Best had to intervene and seperate them.

The source adds, “They caused quite a commotion - everyone was staring.

Then it erupted into a catfight, with Sam and Lindsay swearing and screaming like banshees.

“Calum looked mortified then things got nasty and he stepped in to separate them.”

However the girls kissed and made up after they went into their room.

Lindsay Lohan might be happy and content with her relationship with openly gay girlfriend Samantha Ronson, but the Mean Girls star insists that she still gets excited by men.

Lindsay who recently revealed that she is dating Samantha from so many months, is really not a lesbian yet.

A source says, “Lindsay is adamant she’s not a lesbian and still loves men. She says Sam is the only girl she would go for.

“She seems to be slinking back into the closet.”

A close buddy of Lindsay reveals, “She has been telling everyone she’s still into guys.

“She keeps saying if it went wrong with Sam she’d date a guy.

“She even flirts with guys when they go out.”

Senior Lohan aka loud mouth Lohan has finally realized his folly, he has given a public apology regarding his statement’s insulting daughter Lindsay Lohan’s DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Michael said to a leading magazine, “I definitely regret all the things I said about Samantha.

“I’m a Christian. I should not pass judgment on anyone.”

In the past, I felt that the best way to get to her was to speak out publicly and it was the wrong choice.

“Family matters should be kept private. I’ve learned that now.”

Lindsay Lohan recently revealed her desire to be left alone on her blog and wants to catch some moments of peace.

But more than her hairstyle her boobs caught more attention and her loose old jeans did enough good to highlight her sexy figure.

Lindsay Lohan is mortified by what her father, Michael is up to these days, and is taking out an order of protection against the senior Lohan.

The Mean Girls star, recently confessed that her dad “needs to be on medication” after he bombarded some bad words at her girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

When contacted, Lindsay’s rep refused to comment.

The 31-year-old Ronson recently announced about her engagement with Lindsay Lohan, is desperate to walk down the aisle with the Mean Girls star as she is worried that LILO might think negatively about her sexuality.

A source says, “Lindsay’s always been rampant and loves sex. Sam just doesn’t know whether she will be able to keep her satisfied. She’s hoping that getting married will really seal the deal.”

Samantha is so very much in love with Lindsay that she wants to spend every moment of her day with Lindsay.

The source adds, “Sam wants to be with her 24/7 and is incredibly possessive – but Lindsay seems happy with the situation.”
